What Knave actually writes.

Three blog post titles and three GBP / Facebook posts in plumber voice.

Blog titles
  1. 01When to repipe vs patch: a Cardiff plumber's honest answer
  2. 02Five signs your boiler isn't going to make it through winter
  3. 03Why we stopped quoting over the phone (and what we do instead)
GBP / FB posts
  1. 01Booked solid through next Tuesday. If your boiler's making the noise we all dread, give us a ring first thing Wednesday and we'll get you sorted before the weekend.
  2. 02Quick reminder: gas safety certs are due annually if you let the property. We can fit you in this month. £85 single-property, £75 each if you've got more than one.
  3. 03New review from Mrs Davies in Pontypridd this week (with permission to share). 'Showed up when they said, fixed it for the price they quoted, cleaned up after themselves.' That's the bar.

FAQ

Local services questions, answered.

Will Knave update our Google Business Profile automatically?

It drafts updates (posts, offers, Q&A answers, photo captions) and pushes them to GBP via the API. You approve from a single weekly digest. Outside opening hours and address (which we won't touch automatically), everything else is fair game with your sign-off.

How does it handle review response?

Knave drafts a response to every review within 60 minutes of it appearing on GBP. You approve from email or the dashboard. Response time is one of the strongest local-ranking signals, so we treat it like an SLA, not a chore.

Can it write service-area pages without sounding like spam?

Yes. The voice profile blocks template-paragraph patterns. Each service-area page gets a unique opening anchored in something real about that area (a road, a postcode anomaly, a job you've actually done). If the model can't find an anchor, it asks you for one before publishing.

What about Yell, Checkatrade, and Trustpilot?

Citation consistency is monitored against the top 30 UK directories. We flag mismatches in your weekly digest. We don't auto-update third-party listings (most of them charge or require login flows we won't automate against), but we tell you exactly what to change and where.

Will it run my newsletter?

Yes, on Growth and above. One monthly newsletter is the default cadence for local services. Knave writes it, you approve it, Mailchimp or Brevo sends it. We'll push you to weekly only if your engagement data says weekly is working.

Stop chasing Yell renewals.
