Per-client brand RAG, what does that actually mean?
Each client gets their own brand profile, their own writing-sample corpus, and their own voice judge. Content drafted for client A never references client B and never bleeds voice between accounts. Tested in CI before every release.
How does pricing work if I sign a client mid-month?
Prorated. Add a slot, the new install is live within 30 minutes, billing reflects the days used. Remove a slot, the client's data is preserved for 30 days then deleted. Standard SaaS arithmetic.
Can I customise the content mix per client?
Yes. Each client gets their own content mix sliders, integration set, and approval workflow. The defaults follow our verticals; you override per account.
