Can I do both white-label AND affiliate?+
Yes. White-label for clients you actively manage; affiliate for prospects who want to self-serve. We don't double-count. Each customer is attributed to one path.
Who handles support for white-label clients?+
You do. Knave never talks to your clients. We support you. You support them. Most partners route their first month through us as concierge while they get up to speed.
How does white-label billing work?+
You pay Knave £999 or £2,499 a month. You bill your clients whatever you want. We don't see their card. Most partners price clients at £199-499 per install and keep the spread.
What happens to a client who churns from a white-label install?+
Their installation goes to your trash for 30 days, then deletes. Their freed seat returns to your portfolio for a new client. We don't poach.
Affiliate disclosure?+
Up to you and your jurisdiction. UK ASA / FTC US: disclose using #ad or 'affiliate' or 'referral'. Knave doesn't gate creative. We want you to recommend authentically.
Can affiliates upsell to white-label later?+
Yes. Convert affiliate at any time. Your existing referral commission honours through the 12-month cookie window, and the white-label terms layer on top of new clients you bring under management.
