How does the 14-day trial work?+
Sign up with email. No card. Full Solo-tier access for 14 days. On day 12 we email and push a heads-up. Day 14 the account goes read-only. Day 44 we delete the data. No surprise charges, no card on file.
What happens if I cancel quarterly or annual?+
Pro-rated refund minus a 10% early-termination fee on the unused portion. Stated at checkout. Monthly cancels anytime, runs to the end of your billing cycle.
Will my price go up?+
Not on your subscription. Customers grandfather at the price they signed up for, including the £299 Growth launch promo. New customers see new pricing. Cancel + re-signup gets new pricing.
VAT?+
All prices exclude VAT. UK customers see VAT added at checkout. EU customers with valid VAT numbers reverse-charge. Other countries see local tax based on Stripe's tax engine.
Why £349 not £299?+
We launched at £299 for the first 6 months — grandfathered. £349 is the long-term anchor. The wallet you're replacing (Klaviyo + Buffer + Jasper + AdCreative + audit + chat + Tweet Hunter) is ~£565. We sized below half.
Can I change tier mid-cycle?+
Upgrade anytime — pro-rated. Downgrade applies at the end of your current cycle. Stripe Customer Portal handles both, no support ticket needed.
How does BYOK work?+
Plus tier and above. You drop in Anthropic and OpenAI keys in Settings → BYOK. Tier price drops to £599/mo. Your usage runs on your bill instead of ours. We never see token costs you pay directly.
What are AI credits and do they roll over?+
Credits are spent when Knave generates something on your behalf — a blog post, social image, or ad creative. Uploading your own assets is always free. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you run out, top-up packs start at £19 for 100 credits. Enterprise plans have unlimited credits.
Can I generate ad videos on Growth?+
Video ad creative (via Kling) is a Plus feature. Growth can generate static image ad creatives. Both tiers can always upload their own videos for free — video creative generation just requires Plus or above.
