Will it sound like AI wrote it?+
No. We crawl your site, build a brand profile, and run a voice judge on every output. By your 20th approval, the judge has enough data to keep new drafts in voice. Generic AI writing never reaches your queue. Drafts below voice 50 regenerate before you see them.
Do I need Klaviyo or Mailchimp first?+
No. Knave includes a CRM-lite by default with newsletter signup forms, contact storage, lifecycle automations, and email sending via Resend on your verified domain. Connect Klaviyo or Mailchimp later and your contacts dual-write.
What about regulated industries?+
If you sign up as financial services, legal, medical, or healthcare, we permanently disable autopilot. AI drafts everything; you approve everything. Vertical-specific never-answer rules in the chat widget. We don't hand out advice on your behalf.
What happens at the end of the trial?+
Your account goes read-only on day 14 if you haven't picked a plan. Data stays for 30 days, then we email you twice and delete it. No surprise charges, no card on file, no chasing.
How does the agency reseller tier work?+
