Yes. Welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, and abandoned cart drafts go straight into Klaviyo as draft flows you can edit. We never publish without your approval. The structure mirrors Klaviyo's own benchmarks for your sub-vertical.

How do you handle Shopify webhooks?

We listen on orders/created, products/update, customers/create, and checkouts/abandoned. Knave uses these to time email sends, brief the content engine on what's selling, and pause campaigns on out-of-stock SKUs automatically.

Can Knave brief a gift-with-purchase email campaign?

Yes. Tell it the threshold, the gift, the dates, and the inventory cap. It writes the announcement, the reminder, the last-call, and the follow-up to people who hit the threshold but didn't redeem. You approve each one.
